Do I need to be present at the shoot?

Access to the property will need to be provided, but you do not need to be present. If the home has a lockbox installed you can provide that code for access. If the property has someone living there, we will treat them as our VIP clients. And of course, you are also always welcome to meet me at the property and hang out during the photoshoot.
